How will my benchtops be delivered?
All orders will be palletized and delivered to your registered delivery address, so long as there is a forklift available.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver Australia Wide. If you have access to a forklift, we can deliver.
What if I am not at my factory when the delivery arrives?
You will receive a notification of expected delivery times and we request that you ensure you are on site to receive the delivery.
If for any specific reason you cannot make it, the goods will be taken to the nearest freight depot and a redelivery fee will be applicable.
Do you sell to the public?
Benchtop Express is a trade specific offering requiring a fork on / fork off delivery. There is currently no retail offer and we request that you contact your local cabinet maker for access to our range of worktops.

How can I get access to samples?
Please contact your local Hafele Account Manager.

Unfortunately we cannot send samples direct.
